US-UK: US$ 2400 per student on the basis of 27 pax plus airfare
US only: US$ 1950 per student on the basis of 27 pax plus airfare
UK only: US$ 1350 per student on the basis of 27 pax plus airfare
*Surcharge may be applicable if pax number falls below 27
Fee Coverage & Exclusions
- Does not include airfare, excess baggage
- Group travel in coach with attached toilet (and perhaps internet access)
- Multiple or double occupancy in hotel or hostel or B&B or college accommodation
- Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner
- City tours of London, Boston, New York City and Washington DC
- Standard travel insurance against accidents and medical emergencies
- Does not include personal expenses such as telephone, laundry, snacks, local taxi/bus
- Does not include visa fees
- Pre and post tour workshops on US/UK college admission and student VISA applications
- Individual counseling for higher studies and admissions and student VISA applications
Terms of Payment:
- NRs. 10,000 with the submission of application form as a non-refundable part payment.
- NRs. 10,000 refundableupon rejection of education tour application or in case the tour is cancelled by the organizers before the VISA application.
- NRs equivalent of full US Dollar fee must be submitted before April 18th, 2021 (Sunday).Full payment required upon application of tourist VISAs. Full refund less NRs. 10,000 in the case of VISA denial.
- Full ticket payment must be done before May 9th, 2021 (Sunday).
